Ray Scott is an innovator of progressive ideas and imaginative business concepts which have impacted the delivery model of architectural services. As a pivotal leader with a keen sense of rising trends, he has advanced through his occupation by uniting his expertise in business with his deep understanding of practice in architecture. Ray’s innovative methods rearranged the business DNA of the architecture profession and created a ripple effect that continues to spawn new opportunities.

Influenced in college by his studies of landscape planning and development architecture, Ray connects with his projects with a specialized emphasize on the importance of the business aspects of development. Mr. Scott views his client’s projects through the eyes of a master designer, builder and developer.

I love what I do, and I have been very blessed. My passion and desire is to continue onward and assist primarily in the design area of the development process. With over two decades of professional experience in the architectural field, Matt Cormia carries an affinity for the built environment as it relates to the human experience. Matt believes that strong, trusting relationships with his clients are the key to success, guiding each individual throughout the entire process from concept to completion.

Internal passion for producing amazing projects for his clients is what Matt strives for. His love for architecture started at the age of eleven. Since that time, he took drafting classes in high school, worked construction in the summers and has spent most of his life pursuing and practicing architecture. With his formal education of Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic – San Luis Obispo, the principles of “Learn by Doing” have been applied to the fabric of his professional career.

Having a particular interest in the construction side of architecture, one would not be surprised to find Matt on a job site with a client and general contractor solving an issue. Matt’s love for the final built product drives his level of excitement and energy which provides creative solutions for his clients.
